Does anything ship?
No. The STL pack is a digital download. Printer support is a 60-minute online session. No physical item will be shipped.
Does the STL pack include printer support?
No. Printer Chat in the pack is for questions about those files. Live troubleshooting is the separate 1-Hour Printer Support product.
Does support include STL files?
No. Support is one remote session. It does not include file packs.
How long do I have to use the support hour?
14 days from purchase. It is one 60-minute session, not lifetime or unlimited help.
Will you come fix my printer?
