STL files are delivered digitally after purchase. If a file is missing or will not open, contact us in Printer Chat and we will replace it.

1-Hour Printer Support is a scheduled online session. If we cancel a confirmed session, we will refund that purchase. Unused access expires 14 days after purchase.
